Girl Scout Weekends

In response to the continued developments related to COVID-19 (coronavirus), effective immediately, The Fresh Air Fund has canceled the Sugar Maple Celebration.

A deposit of $44 is required to secure a reservation per attendee and is refundable up to two weeks prior to the event. A confirmation packet will be sent upon receipt of deposit with the registration form.

The Girl Scout weekends are offered each spring and fall to Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors at Sharpe Reservation. These all-inclusive weekends include lodging in our heated cabins with indoor bathrooms and showers, classroom buildings in case of rain, three meals provided by our dining service and full instructions by our professional Environmental Educators.

A typical weekend begins with registration at 8:15 am Saturday morning in the Dining Hall. Classes begin at 9:15 am once all troops are registered and have time to move into assigned cabins. After-dinner programming includes entertaining songs and campfire skits performed by each attending troop. The weekend concludes by 11:00 am on Sunday.

The all-inclusive cost is $89 per Girl Scout and $68 per adult.
