GET ACTIVE TOGETHER – PLAY A FAVORITE OR NEW SPORT

Soccer, football or frisbee – a simple but fun outdoor activity is playing sports together.

Families can compete against each other or connect by playing together on a team. Playing sports promotes teamwork and strong bonding experiences whether it’s scoring a goal for the first time or just throwing a football around.

We believe that books are more fun with some sunshine and fresh air. One of the best activities to relax outdoors is by simply reading a favorite book! Being outside in a quiet space can help you focus and be more engaged with the book.
